The custom-fit, 3D-printed mouthpiece allows users to control digital devices using various gestures including those of the tongue, jaw, head, and breathing 1. MouthPad^ is tailored to the individual user using dental scans, ensuring a good fit with minimal impact on speech.2

The MouthPad^ offers a range of control options, including eight degrees of freedom with tongue movement and pressure, motion sensors for head tracking, and even bite registration as clicks, offering a versatile control experience 3.

The device is characterized by its thin design (approx. 0.7mm thickness), long battery life (5+ hours of continuous use), and is made from dental resin. It includes a wireless charging case for convenience.

The MouthPad^ has garnered significant acclaim in the tech and innovation community, evidenced by its recognition at the prestigious Cannes Lions Awards 2023, where it won the Grand Prix prize in the Innovation: Early Stage Technology category and a Silver in the Health + Wellness: Consumer Products Promotion category 4.
